About this Project
Renovation of existing 15,000 SF dining facility/kitchen: Interior demolition and abatement
Major upgrades to the mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, energy management and fire protection/fire alarm systems
Interior renovations to the kitchen, dining area and restrooms to include carpet tile, resinous flooring, acoustic ceilings, ceramic tile, painting, doors, hardware, drywall and framing, casework and toilet partitions and accessories.
Exterior work included underground/site utilities, masonry freezer enclosure, lighting, concrete, overhead rolling door, iron gate and a/c paving.
