Stabilization/renovation to the historic 10,000 SF, 60’ high balloon hanger built in 1921

Extensive removal and disposal of hazardous materials which included paint, exterior cladding and contaminated soils.

The steel structure received new epoxy protective coating, new roofing, exterior siding and electrical.
