About this Project
Renovation of existing 20,000 SF facility to provide a more modern, open and inviting atmosphere
Update to electrical, communications, fire sprinklers and mechanical/HVAC systems, which included new boilers and chiller.
Interior renovations included new ceilings, lighting, acoustical, paint, sound panels, Travertine flooring, wood dance floor and stage and carpet in the Ballroom.
